What You'll Do
You'll enjoy a varied role combining consultations and surgeries, managing patient care from start to finish, including some sole charge duties. This is your chance to make a real impact-building trusted relationships with both clients and their pets.

We appreciate the importance of work-life balance. Whether you prefer a set schedule or a flexible pattern, we're happy to tailor arrangements to suit your lifestyle. Our full-time vets typically work four full days per week, have a weekday off, and join a Saturday rota (1 in 4/5 Saturdays) with a day off in lieu.
Best of all? No out-of-hours or bank holiday shifts-helping you maintain a healthy work-life harmony. Part-time options are also welcome for the right candidate.

We are a first-opinion, small animal practice with three fantastic locations, all equipped with Ultrasound, Digital X-ray, and in-house blood analyzers. Situated in Blackburn, with excellent transport links to Manchester, Liverpool, and beyond, you'll find plenty to enjoy outside work-from local gyms and amenities to countryside walks and the beautiful Lake District within easy reach.

Join a warm, welcoming team including 3 vets, a Clinical Director, 8 nurses, a VCA, 7 receptionists, and a Practice Manager. Many of our team have grown with us over the years, reflecting our culture of support and professional development.
