We’re now looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Vehicle Quality Assessor to join our Flex-E-Rent team at our East London Depot. Please be aware that this role will be relocated to Maidstone once a new location is opened

Location
Enterprise Flex-E-Rent, 609 London Rd, West Thurrock, Grays RM20 3BJ (for approximately 12 months before new Maidstone location is opened)
Responsibilities
What You’ll Be Doing- Auditing check-in and damage inspections of vehicles arriving at the depot
- Inspecting vehicles and ancillary equipment (e.g., tail lifts)
- Reporting faults or damage to management for workshop review
- Conducting spot checks to ensure high standards for vehicles going on hire
- Maintaining accurate records of vehicle status
- Ensuring outgoing vehicles match requested specifications
- Supporting operational excellence and customer satisfaction
Qualifications
What We’re Looking For- Full UK / Irish / EU Manual Driving Licence
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent customer service skills
- Organisational skills
- Ability to pass a security check (criminality, financial, and employment references)
