About the Role:
As a Support Worker, you will provide essential care and assistance to individuals in supported living environments, helping them lead fulfilling lives. Your responsibilities will include:
Supporting individuals with daily tasks, promoting independence and dignity
Providing personal care, where required, in a respectful and professional manner
Encouraging social engagement and emotional well-being
Working collaboratively with colleagues and healthcare professionals
