We are looking for a Quantity Surveyor to join our Infrastructure team in Norwich. This will be working on our new highways project, and flexibility is expected in locations around the South / East of the country.

We are looking for a Quantity Surveyor to join our Infrastructure team in Norwich. This will be working on our new highways project, and flexibility is expected in locations around the South / East of the country.
You’ll:
- Manage Subcontractors dealing with certification of payment and change
- Manage allocated control accounts with site team including value draw and out-turn forecast / spend profiling
- Keep cost records and agreement of costs with National Highway Site Representatives
- Utilise site commercial and document Systems (Oracle, CEMAR, Projectwise, Forecasting Tool)
- Procure packages as the work proceeds
- Provide and present contract, cost and forecasting data to the site team
- NEC Contract Knowledge
- Experience working within Infrastructure / Civils
- Previous experience of managing subcontractors and preliminaries
- Knowledge of commercial digital systems
- Good Communication Skills
