As we continue to grow, we are looking for a dedicated and enthusiastic Assistant Restaurant Manager to support daily operations and help lead our front-of-house team. As we continue to grow, we are looking for a dedicated and enthusiastic Assistant Restaurant Manager to support daily operations and help lead our front-of-house team. What You’ll Do
- As an Assistant Restaurant Manager, you will support the Restaurant Manager in leading and inspiring the team
- Help oversee day-to-day operations, ensuring everything runs smoothly
- Deliver outstanding service and create a welcoming atmosphere for guests
- Motivate and train team members to achieve their best
- Assist in stock management, financial targets, and operational efficiency
- Ensure high standards of hygiene, health & safety, and food quality
- Step up and take charge in the absence of the Restaurant Manager
- You will have experience as an Assistant Manager or Supervisor in a restaurant setting
- Love working in a fast-paced, vibrant environment
- Are a strong team player and natural leader who motivates others
- Passionate about delivering excellent customer service
- Have financial awareness in stock control, budgets and sales targets
- Can problem-solve and stay calm under pressure
- Brings a hands-on, positive, and can-do attitude
