As a Showroom Manager based in Worcester (WR3 8UA) you will be responsible for:

• Managing the sales and design of bathrooms in the Showroom
• Having a pro-active approach to sales, with a strong desire and ability to win new business and grow existing accounts.
• Handling incoming customer calls & emails efficiently and professionally
• Striving to enhance the showroom experience and exceed customer expectations through delivering outstanding customer service.

• Experience in sales or customer service; ideally within a showroom environment
• Computer literate and confident using new systems
• A pro-active approach to sales, with experiencing building new business opportunities.
• Excellent communication skills and confidence dealing with customers.
