Description
The successful Influencer Marketing Manager will have the following responsibilities:
- Lead the UK&I influencer/creator marketing programme, from strategy to execution.
- Develop and deliver tactical plans that align with broader marketing goals.
- Innovate to boost reach and engagement across B2B and B2C audiences.
- Own end-to-end campaign management, from talent discovery to briefing, production, and evaluation.
- Drive the creation and rollout of influencer briefs and content kits.
- Partner with social and content teams to deliver engaging, influencer-led content.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with product, sales, and finance to support campaign success.
Profile
A successful Influencer Marketing Manager should have:
- A minimum of 4 years of influencer marketing experience or related transferable skills (e.g. PR).
- Client or Marketing/PR agency experience and knowledge of the technology sector.
- A proven track record of leading and implementing strategic influencer marketing plans within scope and budget and achieving set goals.
- An affinity for technology and the importance of clear and consistent benefit led communication.
- Competence in understanding UK&I requirements and relevant advertising restrictions, regulations and best practice around Influencer Marketing.
- Excellent organisation, interpersonal, and written and verbal communications skills is a requirement.
Job Offer
The successful Influencer Marketing Manager will receive:
- £45,000-55,000 per annum
