Job Description
We are seeking a HR Advisor who wishes to develop their skills within our busy People team. As well as advising on all people-related issues such as absence, performance management and disciplinary and grievance cases, key tasks will include providing people based metrics, attending some performance based meetings and taking meeting notes and and supporting the wider HR team.
This is a busy role and team work so you will need to be a great communicator and be able to organise your time and work on your own initiative where required. Most of all you should be a real people person who is happy to help support our managers and teams. If you have the drive and passion you will be a great success.
Caterlink is committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children and vulnerable adults and expects all employees to share this commitment. An enhanced DBS disclosure will be obtained for this role.
Qualifications
Previous HR experience at a junior advisory level is desirable for this role as well as excellent Excel skills.
Additional Information
Salary - Up to £30,000
This is a hybrid working role of at least 3 days in the Reading office after the initial induction period.
CIPD study support will be considered in the future if you wish to further your HR career.
