About The Role
As a Hospitality Trainer, you’ll play a key part in supporting our apprentices to build their skills and confidence in the hospitality sector. You’ll share your knowledge while supporting learners to thrive and grow.

About The Role
As a Hospitality Trainer, you’ll play a key part in supporting our apprentices to build their skills and confidence in the hospitality sector. You’ll share your knowledge while supporting learners to thrive and grow.
What You'll Be Doing:
- Coaching and guiding apprentices at all levels, helping them succeed in their roles.
- Delivering hands-on, workplace-based training and assessments across various hospitality specialisms.
- Supporting learners with tailored development plans and regular progress reviews.
- Promoting essential transferable skills like communication, teamwork, and problem-solving.
- Building strong relationships with employers and keeping them informed on progress.
- Managing admin and planning tasks using Google Suite and other systems.
- Experience as a Team Leader, Supervisor, Manager, or Assistant General Manager in any industry.
- Experience managing one or more of the following: Housekeeping, Front Office, Reception & Reservations, Business Administration, Conference & Events.
- Experience working within Sales, Hospitality and Retail would be desirable.
- Professional qualification is desirable.
- Confidence with technology and strong organisational skills.
- Level 2 (GCSE) qualification in English and maths (or a willingness to achieve this).
- A full driving licence and access to your own vehicle for travel within your team area.
