Role Description
You will shape and deliver our Sites & Facilities requirements, working in close collaboration with business stakeholders and Shared Services to deliver the estate strategy. The role focuses on implementing an insight-led, future-focused and operationally resilient approach that ensures a seamless, issue-free workplace experience. You will be accountable for maintaining consistent corporate standards across the sites and will balance both strategic direction and hands-on operational delivery to ensure successful execution.
Core Duties
This role joins the COO organisation within the Digital Intelligence business area delivering operations such as procurement, IT, SHE, ESG and Facilities. The facilities area itself is small as we predominately partner with the shared services organisation to deliver our projects and day to day FM operations.

Core Duties
- Supporting creation and implementation of site plans, project and user experience
- Using data, trends, forecasts, and analytics to inform planning and drive insight-led decisions
- Providing clear visibility through utilisation data, dashboards, maintenance insights, and security status updates
- Managing space planning, asset registers, resilience planning, and lifecycle risks to support operational continuity
- Ensuring future-ready, compliant sites by anticipating regulatory, technological, and environmental changes
- Driving continuous improvement, operational excellence, and stakeholder communication through performance monitoring and timely issue resolution
- Broad Facilities Management, Project Management, strategy or execution expertise, with a consistent record of delivering key projects across disciplines
- Proven experience balancing strategic thinking with operational delivery in complex organisational environments
- Significant experience working within large organisations, managing multiple budgets and driving business change
- Strong track record of leading complex, multi-site projects and delivering successful strategic outcomes
- Experience managing diverse teams, including influencing without direct line management authority
- Excellent analytical, stakeholder management, and influencing skills, translating data into clear, actionable insight
