We are recruiting for an Events Support Host to join our team of 16 Rapport Ambassadors at our client’s offices, located in Watford. Our client is a world leader in off-price apparel and home fashions. This is a dynamic team that works in an environment where no day is the same.

This is the ideal role for someone who has an incredible ability to spark immediate Rapport with the guests and clients. You will be an integral part of a highly professional team focused on delivering outstanding service and creating memorable experiences.

Type of contract: Full-time, Permanent

Hours: 32 per week (Monday-Thursday; 8 AM - 5 PM, with flexibility as per business needs)

Note: Car park available (first-come, first-served basis)

Main Responsibilities

  • Warm, Professional Front-of-House Service Greet all visitors and callers with warmth, eye contact, and a courteous tone—maintaining an engaging and professional presence at all times.
  • Efficient Coordination & Communication Collaborate with team members to manage visitor flow, address queries, escalate issues to the Helpdesk when needed, and ensure daily handovers are completed.
  • Meeting & Learning Space Management Oversee the cleanliness, readiness, and setup of all training and meeting spaces, ensuring amenities and stationery are stocked and hospitality areas are maintained.
  • Booking & Scheduling Support Manage and amend bookings for learning and meeting spaces in line with departmental needs; ensure confirmations are sent and changes are communicated promptly.
  • Proactive Support & Relationship Building Build strong relationships with the L&D team and service providers, staying informed about schedules and requirements to deliver a responsive, high-quality service.
