The Role
As our HR Systems Change Partner, you'll play a key role in shaping how change is delivered across People Services. From implementing impactful Workday changes to supporting with system enhancements, you’ll work across teams to ensure new processes are embedded effectively and smoothly. With an eye for detail and a passion for service delivery, you’ll ensure our People Services function is set up to support our growing and evolving business.
This is a 6 month fixed term position
Key Responsibilities

From implementing impactful Workday changes to supporting with system enhancements, you’ll work across teams to ensure new processes are embedded effectively and smoothly. With an eye for detail and a passion for service delivery, you’ll ensure our People Services function is set up to support our growing and evolving business.
This is a 6 month fixed term position
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the implementation of changes within People Services, ensuring robust planning and effective ‘Hypercare’ support post-launch.
- Own all change requests impacting People Services delivery.
- Partner with cross-functional teams—Talent Acquisition, Payroll, Compensation, Benefits and more—to align Workday enhancements with business goals.
- Translate complex business needs into clear technical requirements and acceptance criteria.
- Write and deliver high-quality business requirements to set technical teams up for success.
- Act as the key liaison between HR, HRIS and our outsourced Workday partner for all system change implementations.
- Conduct early-stage testing and validation to ensure changes meet defined needs before wider user acceptance testing.
- Create and maintain clear, user-friendly Workday Core HR guides for our colleagues.
- A collaborative approach and a passion for making things better for colleagues.
- Experience in managing HR system changes, ideally within Workday.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
- A methodical mindset with excellent attention to detail.
- Confidence in navigating HR processes and systems, with a focus on end-user experience.
