In this flexible, part-time role, you’ll support a powerful digital platform that helps keep construction sites safe. This position will be a hybrid role, including remote (home) and in office work (based at our BRE Science Park in Watford). You will be required to be onsite 2-3 days per week for initial training period, which will then reduce to 2-3 days per month.

Your role at BRE
As a Key Member Of The YellowJacket Team, You’ll Support Day-to-day Customer Engagement And Product Development Activities. Working Closely With The SmartSite Operations Lead And Other Colleagues, You Will
- Respond to customer and technical enquiries, delivering high-quality support in line with SLAs
- Maintain accurate customer records within the CRM system
- Assist with account management, licence renewals, and user feedback collection
- Share customer insights with the Product Manager to inform product improvements
- Support User Acceptance Testing for new features and updates
Essential
- Experience in a customer service environment, with the ability to understand customer needs and consistently deliver outstanding service
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Confident using Microsoft Office and comfortable working with digital tools
- A quick learner with an aptitude for picking up new software
- Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently
- Well-organised and capable of managing multiple tasks at once
- Knowledge or experience of health and safety in a practical setting
- Experience working with online services or digital platforms
