The Information Management department contains several business units taking responsibility for the delivery of key services to the force and external parties. The team are looking to recruit two full time Disclosure Assistants to support with the services for the disclosure of information to external parties, dealing with incoming requests under various legislative provisions.

What You’ll Be Doing
- Research, undertake or arrange for appropriate searches and retrieval of relevant information from systems and consulting relevant parties where necessary.
- Formulate, transcribe, produce and redact information and documents in a suitable format against an agreed criterion.
- Provide administrative support in accordance with the policies and procedures of the section.
- Experience of collating, assessing, preparing and presenting information to a high standard.
- Ability to undertake general administrative duties, including the preparation of written correspondence, reports and forms or similar experience of preparing written communication to a high standard.
- Knowledge and understanding of data protection and other relevant legislation and/or standards.
