Job Description
We're seeking an ambitious individual to join our Client Admin Financial Planning team in our Bracknell office. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing full administrative support to Financial Planners, as well as building relationships with clients to deliver a positive and sleek client experience.

As a Client Administrator, your responsibilities will include among others:
- To work closely with the aligned Financial Planners and to deliver excellent client outcomes.
- To build relationships with clients and maintain regular contact.
- Liaise with operational teams where support is provided on activities. e.g., scripts, transfers, corporate actions, static data changes, where applicable.
- Preparation of meeting packs and valuations (as required)
- Maintain back-office systems and client records in line with the company policies.
- To encourage client, use of portal and other digital tools, provide guidance where required.
- To collaborate and share best practices with colleagues.
To be successful in this role, you should
- Experience working within financial services
- Experience providing support to different types of clients
- Knowledge of financial products such as ISAs, SIPPs, Pensions, Investments, Bonds etc would be desirable
- Strong (verbal and written) communication skills with an ability to build relationships
