We have an exciting role on offer within our Access and Safeguarding as a CDPSoft Training and Development Lead.
Middlesbrough Council is seeking a highly motivated and skilled professional to join our dedicated team supporting homelessness, housing, and domestic abuse services.
This is an exciting opportunity to play a pivotal role in shaping and enhancing our internal case management system, CDPSoft, ensuring it effectively supports frontline practice and drives service improvement. Working closely with ICT colleagues, senior operational staff and external partners, you will lead the development, optimisation, and training of CDPSoft, helping to streamline processes, improve outcomes, and empower our workforce.
Key Responsibilities: As the CDPSoft System Development and Training Lead, you will:
Coordinate and oversee the development of CDPSoft to support business processes and best practice within Homelessness and Domestic Abuse services.
Design and manage system development roadmaps aligned with supplier release schedules.
Work in partnership with ICT System Developer and Service Managers to deliver developments within agreed timelines.
Enhance service delivery, ensuring the system adapts to legislative and practice changes and identify opportunities to maximise system functionality and improve operational efficiency.
Provide training to all new CDPSoft users across in house and commissioned services and offer ongoing support where appropriate.
Design and deliver refresher training, user guides, and learning resources.
Drive continuous improvement.
Ensure developments align with corporate priorities including data sharing, information governance, and self-service capabilities.
Liaise with ICT System developer to ensure system updates are thoroughly tested and meet service needs.
