An exciting opportunity has become available for an Academy Coach to join us at Burnley Football Club.

About You

The ideal candidate will have all essential qualifications and prior experience of working in a professional football Academy throughout the age groups.

You will also need to have a flexible approach to work and be able to work evenings and weekends.

Role Expectations

As the Academy Coach, you will be expected to:

  • Support the Head of Coaching and Assistant Head of Coaching in the organisation and delivery of a vibrant, creative & progressive programme.
  • Liaise across the multi-disciplinary departments to support the players within the phase and support the alignment across the Club.
  • Oversee the day to day running of the U11 and U12 age groups, supporting both players and staff.
