We are looking for a competent Workshop Controller to be the main interface between our team of skilled Technicians and the front of house service reception. The successful candidate will have excellent organisational and leadership skills. The main responsibilities will be ensuring that each day’s workload is completed as efficiently as possible, ensuring good communications between all parties. Reporting to the Aftersales Manager, you will also be responsible for a number of key workshop functions including supervising a team of Technicians and Apprentices and organising rotas. You will also be required to liaise with customers and a reasonable level of mechanical knowledge is essential.
