We’re hiring a part-time Marketing Assistant to join our team and grow with us. This is an ideal entry-level role for someone passionate about social media, content, and creative marketing – experience preferred but not required as full training will be provided, just a solid grasp of tech, a curious mind, and a willingness to learn.

What you’ll be doing

You’ll get involved in a bit of everything, including:

Creative Tasks

• Managing social media accounts for clients and our brand

• Editing short-form videos (Reels, TikToks, YouTube Shorts)

• Designing social media graphics and simple visual assets

• Filming behind-the-scenes on content shoot days

• Writing captions, scheduling posts, and engaging with followers

• Running and optimising paid ads (Meta, TikTok, etc.)

Strategic Tasks (with training and time)

• Creating monthly content plans using trend and competitor research

• Tracking performance data and suggesting content tweaks

• Assisting in planning marketing campaigns and launches

• Helping with basic email marketing and CRM work

• Uploading and optimising blog content for SEO

• Identifying potential influencer or partnership opportunities

• Helping with client reports and ad performance summaries
