Here at GXO, we are currently recruiting Warehouse Operatives to join our operation at Grange Park, Northampton (NN4 5EL). This is a 6-month fixed-term contract, with a variety of shift patterns available to suit different preferences:
  • 4 on / 4 off
    • 06:00 – 18:00
    • 10:00 – 22:00
  • 5 days out of 7
    • 06:00 – 14:00
    • 14:00 – 22:00

What you will do on a typical day:
  • Support the smooth and efficient flow of goods throughout the warehouse
  • Complete a range of warehouse tasks including picking, packing, inbound, outbound and stock control
  • Use warehouse management systems as part of your daily duties
  • Follow all GXO health and safety policies at all times

What you need to succeed at GXO:
  • A positive, can‑do attitude with a willingness to learn
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Previous warehouse experience is beneficial but not essential, as full training will be provided
  • A keen focus on safety, accuracy and attention to detail
