We are looking for enthusiastic and committed ward clerk to join our fantastic small team on C5. We are a Day Case Unit / Out-patient department who specialise in procedures such as biopsies, drains and endoscopy procedures within in our 7 bedded capacity.

The successful candidate should have exceptional organisational skills, interpersonal skills and be able to multitask as our pace can be fast but job satisfaction is high.

  • Coding
  • Booking out patient appointments
  • Telephone conversations
  • Liaising with the multi disciplinary team
  • Assisting the nursing team with clerical duties
  • Able to navigate electronic computer systems
  • Having an attention to detail
