Job Role

As a Waking Night Support Worker, you’ll be a calm, reassuring presence through the night providing vital functions such as supporting safe bedtime routines, carrying out regular wellbeing checks, responding promptly to needs, and keeping meticulous records for a smooth morning handover. You’ll champion communication goals, follow individual support plans, and help keep the environment safe and homely while working scheduled waking night shifts.
