We are looking for an experienced professional to oversee our systems and provide advice and guidance to the Board. This includes liaising with our outsourced partner, to ensure that their systems are suitable and operating as required.

We also work with strategic partners to provide payroll deduction arrangements. We are a solely volunteer led organisation, regulated by the FCA and PRA, in the middle of an exciting period of transformational change with ambitious plans to modernise and grow our business.

What are we looking for?

We expect you to have a sound knowledge and experience of technology, preferably within a financial services environment and a strong customer service ethos

What will you be doing?

The role asks that, working with our Operations Director, you will define and lead the strategy for technology as part of the wider organisational strategy and its relations with its outsourced partner. Also oversee core IT services to ensure we maintain a secure and compliant environment and advise other volunteers about using these services and good practice, especially around IT security
