We offer a structured, fully supported pathway into Emergency and Critical Care (ECC) for veterinary surgeons. The Cutting Edge programme includes 250 hours of CPD, interactive seminars, practical sessions, and clinical mentorship to develop skills in ECC, such as shock management, fluid therapy, emergency surgeries, and advanced diagnostics. After completing the programme, you'll join an ECC clinic on a flexible rota working 30–40 hours per week, with a competitive salary starting at £42,250, rising to £60,000. Benefits include private medical insurance, enhanced sick and maternity pay, generous holiday allowance, paid birthday and volunteering days, CPD allowance, and various employee discounts.
