Corporate Associate / Senior Associate (2–6 PQE) – Liverpool

We are looking to recruit a Corporate Lawyer (2–6 years’ PQE) to join our expanding Liverpool Corporate team.

This is an exciting opportunity to join one of the North West’s leading corporate practices at a time of sustained growth, working alongside experienced partners on high-quality transactional work for a broad range of entrepreneurial, owner-managed, private equity-backed and corporate clients.

You will play a key role in advising on a wide variety of matters, including:

• Mergers and acquisitions

• Private equity transactions

• Management buy-outs

• Shareholder agreements and reorganisations

• Corporate restructures

• General corporate advisory matters

The opportunity

This role offers the opportunity to become an integral part of a growing and ambitious team with a strong regional profile and an established deal pipeline. You will take an active role in transactions from the outset, working directly with clients, intermediaries, and other professional advisers, whilst developing meaningful client relationships of your own.

About you

You will ideally:

• Be a qualified solicitor with between 2 to 6 years’ PQE in corporate law

• Have strong experience of M&A and general corporate transactions

• Be commercially aware and confident dealing directly with clients

• Enjoy working collaboratively as part of a high-performing team

• Be motivated to develop your career in a growing practice
