In our User and Adoption Training Lead role, you’ll be supporting colleagues with the adoption of our systems and wider change, by leading on systems and process training / adoption aligned to our Transformation programmes.


Location: Hybrid, with a weekly presence in either our Rushden, Peterborough, Boston or Milton Keynes office

Salary: Up to £43,050 per year

Contract: 12-month fixed-term contract

Your week: 36.25 hours p/week (9am – 5.15pm Monday to Friday, with 1-hour lunch)


Snapshot of your role

This is what your day will look like as our User and Adoption Training Lead:


  • Supporting projects and operational teams with the embedding of technology and process changes across Amplius.
  • Work with the Learning & Development team to conduct Training Needs analysis, to deliver an agreed standard of training.
  • Provide user support and assistance to colleagues as they adopt the new technology or processes, working alongside operational IT and service specific teams to ensure changes are embedded as designed.
  • Lead on the creation and maintenance of learning materials, working with the project teams to maximise the uptake of our learning tools.
  • Provide specialist support to the project team(s) in defining and assessing business readiness for project ‘go live’ as well as Health Checks through project lifecycle.

  • To be able to deliver a full life cycle of training and adoption, from creation of training materials to delivery and review.
  • Strong, well-rounded IT systems knowledge.
  • Sound understanding of how a multi-faceted organisation flows from one area to another, and how best to support the needs.
