We're now looking for Transport Operative

A TYPICAL DAY MAY INVOLVE

• Support the management team and colleagues to ensure daily transport operations run smoothly.
• Check and process all driver paperwork accurately, including tachographs, PODs and relevant OPS documents.
• Ensure full compliance with driver hours, legislation and site Health & Safety requirements.
• Maintain high standards of accuracy, safety and housekeeping across the transport office and yard.
• Escalate any issues to management and assist with additional tasks as needed to keep operations running efficiently.
  
  
  

this Role Would Suit People Who

• Experience of working in Transport preferred but not essential
• IT literate (Microsoft office, Excel & Word) with experience of Microlise preferred but not essential
• A good organiser, capable of working on own initiative but who works equally well as an effective team player
