We are looking to hire a transport administrator on an inital 6 month fixed term contract basis. The role will support in route scheduling, creating and closing new customer accounts and monitoring Samsara for notifications.
Main Responsibilities- Daily monitoring of Samsara and actioning notifications
- Working with Transport scheduler on creating new accounts
- Working with Transport scheduler on closing non profitable accounts
- Support review of accounts profitability
- Review of best optional delivery routes
- Reporting of vans issues like repair, VOR’s and services
- Supporting transport team in day to day issues
- Excel advanced knowledge
- Navision knowledge desirable
- No experience needed
- Must be able to work 4 hours a day / Monday till Friday, 09:00-13:00
- 6 months rolling contract
