Job Description

Join our team as a Trading Services Analyst, where you'll play a crucial role in ensuring the accuracy of trade positions and settlements. This position offers an exciting opportunity to focus on process re-engineering and automation, contributing to the efficiency and effectiveness of our operations.

As a Trading Services Analyst within Trading Services Team, you will be responsible for performing control reconciliations to verify trade positions, investigating settlements, and focusing on process re-engineering and automation. You will work closely with various teams to ensure accurate trading positions and provide solutions to settlement queries.

Job Responsibilities

  • Uploads market data to different risk management systems.
  • Performs reconciliations against market sources.
  • Conducts numerous control reconciliations to verify trading positions through front office to middle office and middle office to back office reconciliations.
  • Investigates and provides solutions to various queries from settlements and confirmations.
  • Produces management statistics.
  • Completes operations projects and ad hoc requests to satisfy new initiatives and operations/technology enhancements, including new system implementations.

Required Qualifications, Capabilities, And Skills

  • Strong logical/analytical mindset, with the ability to think outside the box and challenge the status quo.
  • Understanding of process flows, including the ability to understand current flows and linkage between systems and think about process improvements/streamlining.
  • Availability to work from 8:30 am to 6 pm.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications, Capabilities, And Skills

  • VBA skills
  • Previous experience in the finance industry (operations roles)
