What You'll Do
- Deliver high-standard technical services across site(s), ensuring all KPIs, SLAs, and compliance with statutory, mandatory, and SFG20 standards are consistently met or exceeded.
- Manage all maintenance activities, including PPMs and reactive works through Help Desk, engineers, contractors, and the technical team—ensuring timely and budget-aligned completion.
- Maintain proactive health & safety compliance, manage the risk register, and oversee risk assessments, method statements, and permits to reduce operational risks.
- Support financial performance and innovation, working with the GSM on budgets, cost control, stakeholder reporting, and identifying opportunities for cost savings and service improvement.
- Coordinate effectively with clients and contractors, attending regular engineering meetings, managing subcontractors, and ensuring smooth delivery of all technical services and variation works
- Qualified and Certified : Holds IOSH/NEBOSH Managing Safely certification and a minimum City & Guilds qualification in a Mechanical or Electrical discipline (or equivalent).
- Experienced in Hard Services Management : Proven track record in managing building assets and hard services in complex environments, with strong practical knowledge of EHS and relevant legislation.
- Strong Leadership Skills : Experienced in managing teams within service environments, with a focus on performance optimisation and effective workload management under pressure.
- Technically Proficient : Competent in CAFM systems, Microsoft Office applications, and practical budget management.
- Adaptable and Professional : Excellent interpersonal and organisational skills, flexible to job demands, with a clean driving licence.
