As an Oracle Talent & Performance Management Consultant, you will play a pivotal role in implementing and supporting Oracle Cloud HCM solutions for our clients, focusing on talent management and performance management modules. Your main responsibilities will include:
- Collaborating with clients to understand their talent management and performance management requirements and objectives.
- Designing, configuring, and customizing Oracle Cloud HCM solutions for talent acquisition, onboarding, performance management, compensation planning, and succession management.
- Guiding clients through the implementation lifecycle, from project initiation to go-live and post-implementation support.
- Providing functional guidance and support to clients during the configuration and testing phases.
- Troubleshooting and resolving Oracle Cloud HCM-related issues, ensuring smooth operations for our clients.
- Keeping up-to-date with the latest Oracle Cloud HCM features, updates, and best practices.
- Contributing to the continuous improvement of our HCM implementation processes and tools.
Bachelor's Degree
Required Technical And Professional Expertise
- Experience as an Oracle Talent & Performance Management Consultant.
- In-depth knowledge of Oracle Cloud HCM, including its talent management and performance management modules.
- Strong understanding of talent management processes, compensation planning, and performance management best practices.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines and maintaining quality.
- Self-starter with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
