Are you passionate about making a real difference in young people’s lives? We are currently recruiting dedicated and compassionate Support Workers to work in Special Educational Needs schools.

This is a rewarding opportunity to support children and young people with a range of additional needs, including autism, ADHD, speech and language difficulties, and complex learning needs.

The Role:

As a Support Worker in an SEN school, you will:

  • Provide 1:1 and small group support to pupils
  • Assist students with academic tasks and personal development
  • Support emotional regulation and positive behaviour strategies
  • Work closely with teachers, therapists, and SENCOs
  • Help create a safe, nurturing, and inclusive learning environment

We’re Looking For:

  • Experience working with children or young people (school, care, youth work, or residential settings)
  • A calm, patient, and resilient approach
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills
  • A genuine passion for supporting children with additional needs
  • Relevant qualifications (desirable but not essential
