About You

About The Role

We are looking for a male driver to support a gentleman in his own home in Leyland. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working 1:1, promoting independence, and delivering high-quality, person-centred care.

As a Support Worker, you will be at the forefront of providing high-quality, enabling care. Every day brings new challenges and rewards, making this a truly fulfilling role. You’ll be key in helping us achieve our goal of being the best in the field.

Key Responsibilities:

Individual Outcome and Wellbeing: Implement person-centred support plans, promote independence, manage risk, and encourage positive relationships

Activity Planning: Develop and deliver flexible, engaging plans that support autonomy and growth

Health and Lifestyle: Support healthy living and wellbeing

Communication: Facilitate meaningful communication and maintain accurate records

Medication Management: Oversee and support safe medication use

Safety and Environment: Ensure a clean, safe home environment
