Technip Energies and their partners were awarded an Engineering, Procurement, and Construction (EPC) contract for the world’s first commercial scale gas-fired power station with carbon capture. The construction site is located in the Tees Valley in the North-East of England.
We are currently seeking a Subcontracts Assistant to join the team in the North-East of England.

Primary Duties & Responsibilities
- Assisting the Subcontracts department in all administration tasks
- Carry out overall assistance and comprehensive support accomplishing miscellaneous tasks on behalf of Subcontracts Manager and Lead Subcontracts Administrators
- Follow-up of letters with Subcontractors: tracking, drafting, expediting, etc.
- Participating to correspondence related to the Subcontract
- Planning and organizing subcontracting meetings, issuance of Minutes of Meetings, etc.
- Assisting for overall reporting to Management
- Chasing monthly reports & various forecasts update from all Subcontractors
- Tracking & Expediting of all supporting documents used as back-up for invoicing, as well as processing internal payment approval sheets.
- Being involved in controlling the progress for invoicing by the Subcontractors (timesheets, etc.)
- Experience in administration
- Full knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite, Word, Excel, PowerPoint etc..
- Knowledge of Document Control Centre function
- Good communication skills
- Open-minded, agile
- Fluency in professional English
