Key Responsibilities:

- Raise orders as required to ensure continuity of stock on engineers’ vans and for scheduled jobs
- Produce order requests and documentation accurately for issue to suppliers and use by other key contacts
- Pick stock in stores for operatives as per materials request forms
- Manage the receipt of goods and services, ensuring items are available when needed
- Reviewing and resolving invoice/PO matching queries
- Handling incoming mail, e-mail and calls, assisting with replies and resolutions of all queries
- Maintain stock management and control systems by recording items received and issued
- Assist in maintaining the tidiness and safety of stores and external areas
- Oversee waste and recycling removal, maintaining records for ISO compliance
- Compliance with Heath & Safety, Equal Opportunities and other Company Policies, raising concerns whenever necessary
- Any other duties reasonably requested including working outside of core hours as and when required
- Previous stores experience desirable, but not essential
- Understanding of health and safety in a stores environment
- Understanding of stock control
- Knowledge of MS Dynamics Navision or Business Central desirable but not essential.
- Computer literate with good MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook etc.) skills
