Our Role
As a Stockroom Assistant, you support the smooth running of the stockroom and back-of-house areas. Your work helps ensure products are available, organised, and handled with care, enabling the shop floor team to deliver excellent service.
This role focuses on accuracy, organisation, and teamwork, building strong operational foundations.

As a Stockroom Assistant, you support the smooth running of the stockroom and back-of-house areas. Your work helps ensure products are available, organised, and handled with care, enabling the shop floor team to deliver excellent service.

What you'll be doing
- Customer and Brand Experience
- Support a smooth customer experience by ensuring stock is available and ready for the shop floor.
- Handle products with care to protect quality and brand standards.
- Work closely with shop floor teams to support replenishment and availability.
- Work cooperatively with stockroom and store colleagues.
- Communicate clearly and follow direction from Supervisors and Managers.
- Take part in training, briefings, and team meetings.
- Follow agreed routines and safe ways of working consistently.
- Take pride in maintaining a clean, organised work environment.
- Support delivery processing, stock organisation, and replenishment accurately.
- Maintain high standards of housekeeping and safety in the stockroom.
- Complete stock tasks such as counts, price changes, and recalls as directed.
- Work efficiently to complete tasks while supporting the needs of the shop floor during busy periods.
- Follow Health & Safety, security, and stock handling procedures at all times.
- Report issues, risks, or maintenance concerns promptly.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, practical environment.
- Reliable, organised, and detail-focused.
- A supportive team player with good communication skills.
- Calm under pressure and willing to learn.
- Previous stockroom experience is helpful but not essential.
