- Working closely with the Regional Managers/District Managers to support our field based staff and both our internal and external customers
- Attend high profile customer meetings
- Manage new customer Rollouts within the region
- First point of contact for all queries, then agree communication and escalation as required
- Manage App compliance and access to portals for the region
- Manage work availability/cover
- Manage Job racks
- Manage Follow ups and trackers
- Minute meetings/HR
- Cover for District Managers
- Assist District Managers on safety compliance
- Remote working, potentially one day a week in the office dependant on location.
- Additional £1,750. London Weighting Allowance if you reside in the M25 area
