The rewards

- Temp to permanent
Hours
- Days: Mon–Thu 6:00am–4:00pm, Fri finish 1:00pm (47 hours)
- Nights: Mon–Thu 6:00pm–6:00am (48 hours)
- Rotating weekly — both shifts required
The role of Steel Operative / Overhead Crane Operator:
- Operating overhead cranes to move steel coils around the workplace
- Feeding machine lines with steel coils
- Driving counterbalance forklift trucks
- Helping to load and unload slitting lines and blanking presses
- Banding up processed steel
The ideal Steel Operative / Overhead Crane Operator:
- Overhead crane operator experience within the steel industry — essential
