Your role at BRE
Develop and deliver the social media strategy to support brand awareness, audience engagement, and lead generation across key platforms
Manage day-to-day content planning, creation, scheduling, and publishing in line with strategic objectives
Monitor and respond to social media activity, addressing inquiries and managing reputation through timely and appropriate responses
Analyse performance data to optimise content, identify trends, and inform strategic decisions
Collaborate with internal teams to align messaging and support broader marketing and business goals
Report on key metrics including reach, engagement, conversions, and campaign effectiveness
Ensure consistency in tone of voice, visual identity, and brand messaging across all social media activity
What We Are Looking For
Proven experience in managing social media in a B2B context, ideally within technical, sustainability, or built environment sectors
Strong understanding of social media platforms (e.g., LinkedIn, X, Instagram) and content tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, video editing platforms)
Experience using analytics and social media management tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Hootsuite, Sprout) to drive data-informed decisions
Ability to plan and deliver campaigns that support lead generation, engagement, and brand awareness objectives
Skilled in community engagement, reputation management, and responding to online feedback and enquiries
Comfortable working collaboratively with internal teams and aligning content to strategic business priorities
Excellent written communication skills and attention to detail in crafting clear, compelling messages
A relevant qualification in marketing, communications, or digital media (or equivalent experience)

Hybrid – This role offers a mix of home and office working. You will need to be within commuting distance of our Watford office, as you will be expected to attend in person once per week for team meetings and colaboration.
