Role Overview
The Inn Collection Group is a rapidly expanding, award-winning hospitality company with inns across the North of England. You will play a vital role in the marketing team to help manage the social media strategy for over 30 different inns, driving reach and engagement with our customers.

Role Overview
The Inn Collection Group is a rapidly expanding, award-winning hospitality company with inns across the North of England. You will play a vital role in the marketing team to help manage the social media strategy for over 30 different inns, driving reach and engagement with our customers.
Accountabilities And Responsibilities
- Develop and implement social media strategies aligned with overall marketing goals.
- Create and curate engaging content, including text, images, videos, and graphics, for various social media platforms.
- Manage and maintain over 30 social media accounts, ensuring consistent branding and messaging.
- Manage the day-to-day handling of all social media channels such as Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, and YouTube, adapting content to suit different channels and audiences
- Introduce a relevant scheduling tool suitable for our business and train users to ensure maximum uptake.
- Create and curate engaging content, including text, images, videos, and graphics, meeting business objectives
- Develop, launch and manage new competitions and campaigns that promote your organisation and brand
- Form key relationships with influencers across social media platforms
- Interact with community and followers, respond to comments and messages, and foster a positive online community.
- Plan, execute, and analyse social media campaigns to achieve specific objectives.
- Track and analyse social media performance metrics, identify trends, and make data-driven recommendations.
- Monitor social media conversations, identify brand mentions, and respond to customer feedback in brand tone of voice.
- Keep abreast of emerging social media trends and best practices.
- Work with marketing teams and other stakeholders to align social media efforts with overall business goals.
- Manage and track budgets for social media activities.
- Excellent storyteller through both written and visual forms
- Strong communicator, working with others in the business to create a clear vision for social media
- Results driven approach
- Self-motivated and ability to work autonomously creating new opportunities
- Creative, thinking outside the box and developing innovative content and strategies.
- Organised & strong time management
- Degree in relevant field (or equivalent)
- Minimum 3 years’ work experience in relevant environment
- Experience with social platforms and scheduling tools
- Confident user of Microsoft Suite
- Travel to sites when needed (expenses covered)
- Have a genuine passion for marketing and the hospitality industry
