Riverside Motor Group is seeking a dedicated Smart Repair Technician to join our team at our prep centre in Wakefield. You will play a vital role in maintaining and repairing vehicles to ensure the highest standards of safety and performance. We offer a competitive rate of pay, dependent on experience.

Responsibilities

  • Perform repairs and maintenance on vehicles following manufacturer guidelines
  • Diagnose mechanical issues using hand tools, power tools, and mechanical knowledge
  • Conduct inspections to identify necessary repairs and provide accurate estimates
  • Complete work orders efficiently and in a timely manner
  • Collaborate with colleagues to ensure smooth workflow and exceptional service delivery
  • Uphold Riverside Motor Group's commitment to quality workmanship and customer satisfaction
  • Maintain a clean and organized work environment

Qualifications

  • Proven experience as a Smart Repair Technician or similar role
  • Proficiency in handling of automotive parts
  • Strong mechanical knowledge and ability to use hand tools and power tools effectively
  • Attention to detail and ability to follow technical instructions accurately
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to resolving issues
  • Certification in automotive repair or related field is preferred
