£60,000 - £70,000 - 9 Month Contract + Private Pension + 22 Days Holiday + Company Benefits

Are you a Site Manager with experience of managing a 70+ house housing development, looking for an autonomous and varied role where you will work to deliver a key project and oversee the running of sites within a dynamic, growing company?
This company is an established regional developer, they specialise in creating award winning homes across the South East. Their diverse portfolio includes everything from affordable starter homes to luxurious executive residences, each crafted with a keen eye for detail and quality. As a site manager, you'll be responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of site operations, ensuring compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
