We’re looking for a Site Manager to take ownership of site-level leadership on critical packages of work, delivering excellence in safety, quality, logistics, and technical assurance on a major project that matters.

What you'll be doing

As Site Manager, You Will

  • Lead small value or low-complexity work packages or play a key role within larger, high-value packages.
  • Manage safety excellence on-site, ensuring full compliance with Balfour Beatty standards and the Building Safety Act.
  • Coordinate programme delivery using short interval control, planning software, and digital tools.
  • Oversee subcontractor performance and ensure seamless logistics, phasing, and quality control.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (construction, design, safety, commercial) and external stakeholders (consultants, client reps, supply chain).
  • Drive quality assurance processes and ensure full compliance from design to execution.
  • Maintain commercial awareness and support procurement forecasting and change management.

Who we're looking for

You Will Bring

  • Experience supporting or managing construction work packages on complex builds.
  • A proactive and ethical leadership style that motivates teams and promotes safety culture.
  • Working knowledge of construction programme management, RAMs, SSOW, and digital tools like BIM.
  • Understanding of logistics planning, quality control, and subcontractor coordination
  • Awareness of modern construction techniques, regulatory requirements, and environmental best practices.
  • Ongoing pursuit or desire to work toward professional chartership
