About The Team

ESI Group—now part of Keysight Technologies’ Simulation & Test division—is a global, cross‑functional group of five Product Marketing Managers who partner closely with Product Management (Paris region) and worldwide Sales & Customer Success teams. Together, we turn cutting‑edge predictive‑physics software into customer value for automotive, land‑transportation, aerospace & defense, and heavy‑industry leaders.

About The Role

As a Senior Product Marketing Manager - CAE/Simulation Market Strategy, you will own the end‑to‑end market story for one of our flagship simulation portfolios. You will craft compelling positioning and competitive differentiation, translate technical capabilities into business outcomes, and equip go‑to‑market teams with the narratives, assets, and insights they need to win.

Responsibilities

  • Shape the Narrative - Define, document, and evangelize clear positioning, messaging, and competitive differentiation across the organization.
  • Enable GTM Success - Plan and create high‑impact enablement assets (value demonstrators, webinars, social posts, conference presentations, technical papers) that accelerate pipeline creation and deal velocity.
  • Lead Competitive & Win/Loss Analysis - Identify why we win, where we lose, and how we can outmaneuver competitors; translate findings into actionable strategies for Sales and Product Management.
  • Drive Customer Insight Loops - Conduct internal and external interviews to validate market problems, test messages, and refine the go‑to‑market approach.
  • Foster Community - Build and nurture customer communities in partnership with regional Customer Success teams to amplify advocacy and feedback.
  • Champion Cross‑Functional Alignment - Act as the connective tissue between Product Management, Engineering, Sales, and Global Marketing to ensure unified execution.

Qualifications

This role is best suited for a seasoned professional with deep familiarity with simulation tools, market dynamics, and value-driven messaging in an industrial or automotive setting.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Physics, or a related technical field.
  • Extensive background in a technical or engineering environment (e.g., CAE, simulation, virtual prototyping) with proven ability to translate complex technology into customer value.
  • Track record in product marketing, strategy, or product management within the automotive sector.
  • Deep understanding of the CAE simulation competitive landscape.
  • Demonstrated mastery of core B2B marketing disciplines: positioning, messaging, content creation, and sales enablement.
  • C2‑level English written and verbal communication skills.

Desired Qualifications

  • Experience marketing software/SaaS solutions in adjacent industries (aerospace & defense, heavy machinery, electronics).
  • Familiarity with modern digital‑marketing tools (marketing automation, ABM platforms, social analytics).
  • Prior success in building customer or developer communities.
  • Demonstrated ability to “think differently” and champion innovation in go‑to‑market strategy.
  • Fluency in French is nice to have.
