As a Senior Product Manager at the Home Office, you’ll lead the evolution of a large-scale enterprise platform used by over 50,000 colleagues every day.

You’ll own a key product area, setting direction through data, user insight, and clear outcomes. Working with multidisciplinary teams and suppliers, you’ll drive continuous improvement and influence how products are delivered across a highly regulated environment.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Owning and shaping the product vision, strategy, and direction
  • Leading roadmaps, release plans, and full product lifecycle delivery
  • Using user research, data, and analytics to guide decision-making
  • Prioritising work through a well-managed product backlog
  • Driving continuous improvement and identifying new opportunities
  • Ensuring products meet GDS standards, accessibility, and best practice
  • Collaborating with delivery teams, stakeholders, and suppliers
  • Supporting and mentoring Product Managers and contributing to recruitment

What We’re Looking For

  • Strong experience leading digital or technology-backed products
  • Ability to use data and user insight to make confident product decisions
  • Experience delivering complex products in large-scale environments
  • Confident communicator with the ability to engage senior stakeholders
  • Commercial awareness, including budgeting and financial considerations
  • Experience leading teams and supporting others to grow
  • A user-focused mindset with a passion for improving services
