We are seeking a creative and organized Visual Merchandiser to help design and set up eye-catching retail displays. Join our team and bring your creative ideas to life in an innovative and dynamic environment.



WHAT WE OFFER

  • The Start Date of employment will be: 5th July 2026
  • Competitive salary of £27,800 per annum based on competence and experience.
  • 39 hours weekly, working 5 days over 7, occasional weeknds.
  • Working hours are between 6am to 3:30pm, working approx 8 hours daily.

WHAT YOU'LL NEED TO HAVE

  • Passion for home furnishings with experience in a busy retail environment would be ideal.
  • A creative degree is essential.
  • Confidence in approaching and communicating clearly with different people in various situations, with the ability to work with other stakeholders in store.
  • A flexible, practical, hands-on approach to responsibilities and the ability to meet set deadlines.
  • Self motivated to achieve goals and a desire to improve ways of working.
  • Revit drawing program skills/experience would be ideal but not essential, or similar programs would be helpful.


WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING DAY TO DAY

  • Planning commercial spaces, working together with the other departments.
  • Supporting the implementation of commercial changes in the store, this will include painting and assembly/disassembly of shop fixtures where required.
  • Keep visitors in mind when working on the shop floor, minimise disruption and remain aware at all times of the importance of safety and the visual impact for visitors.
  • Secure high quality, simplicity and cost-consciousness in the execution of work by following established routines.
