It starts with you.

We’re looking for a Senior Business Analyst to join our team and play a key role in supporting initiatives that span our healthcare services, fitness centres, and community wellbeing programmes. Experience in the healthcare or fitness sectors would be a real advantage, as would exposure to social impact programmes that drive meaningful change.

This role is ideal for someone who is structured, curious, and comfortable operating across both business and technical domains.

As our Senior Business Analyst, you will:

  • Lead end‑to‑end analysis, defining scope, requirements, and clear outcomes
  • Shape solution options and guide design decisions with product, architecture, and engineering teams
  • Produce high‑quality user stories, acceptance criteria, process maps, and supporting artefacts
  • Build strong relationships with senior stakeholders
  • Run workshops and decision‑making sessions
  • Communicate complex topics clearly and persuasively
  • Support backlog refinement, sprint planning, and iterative delivery
  • Analyse data to validate assumptions and inform design
  • Create data mappings, interface specs, and end‑to‑end process views
  • Understand system interactions, dependencies, and constraints
  • Mentor junior BAs and champion best practice
  • Improve BA standards, templates, and ways of working
  • Identify opportunities to streamline processes and enhance user experience

Essential

Skills & Experience

  • 3+ years BA experience delivering complex, multi‑system change
  • Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and critical‑thinking skills
  • Confident stakeholder engagement and facilitation
  • Expertise in requirements elicitation, process modelling, and solution shaping
  • Experience in Agile or hybrid delivery environments
  • Strong understanding of data flows and integrations
  • Familiarity with APIs, ETL, and data architecture concepts
  • Experience using tools such as JIRA, Confluence and LucidChart (or equivalent)

Desirable

  • Experience within healthcare, fitness or charitable sectors
