What You’ll Do
- Deliver Outstanding Service: Go above and beyond to ensure customer satisfaction, building strong relationships with both internal and external clients.
- Expert Installation & Maintenance: Safely install and service devices, ensuring everything is in perfect working order while strictly adhering to safety protocols.
- Efficient Time Management: Prioritize tasks effectively to manage your schedule and ensure timely completion of jobs.
- Detailed Reporting: Accurately complete work reports, handover certificates, and other essential documentation.
- Experience: Proven experience in the Fire & Security industry.
- Skills: Ability to lift, climb ladders, and handle physical tasks with ease.
- Customer Focus: Previous experience in a customer-facing role is essential.
- Qualifications (Preferred): 18th Edition, NVQ, City and Guilds, BTEC, FIA certifications are a plus.
- Driving License: A valid driving license is required.
