At UCB, we’re looking for a dynamic and visionary Scientific Communications Excellence Lead to join our global team.
What You’ll Do:
- Drive innovation and alignment across global scientific communication processes and platforms.
- Lead initiatives that enhance efficiency, impact, and launch readiness in scientific communications.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to set best-in-class standards and ensure compliance with evolving industry guidelines.
- Evaluate new trends, systems, and vendors to keep UCB at the forefront of scientific communication excellence.
- Develop and roll out training programs and enduring materials to support global adoption of new scientific communication processes.
- Monitor performance through KPIs and feedback, ensuring continuous improvement and measurable impact.
- Ph.D. in a bioscience field preferred, with 7+ years in the pharmaceutical industry and 5+ years in scientific communications.
- Deep knowledge of Good Publication Practice and ICMJE guidelines.
- CMPP certification preferred
- Proven experience managing vendors, leading cross-functional teams, and working in global settings.
- Strong project management, analytical, and communication skills.
- A self-starter mindset with a passion for digital innovation and excellence in scientific communications
