Job Description:

Our client is seeking a highly experienced Sales and Business Development Manager to join their UK subsidiary. Proficiency in the English language, experience in B2B field sales and an understanding of mechanical manufacturing is essential. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in representing and expanding their internationally successful brand within the UK market, while also maintaining and maximizing opportunities with existing UK clients. Product training will be provided.

About Our Client: Our client is the international leader in industrial vibration technology, providing clients around the world with industrial vibrators, electric vibrators, concrete consolidation, frequency converters, and a vast range of products designed to adapt to multiple applications in various industrial sectors. Their products are known for their high performance and reliability, making them a trusted name in the industry.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company objectives.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the UK market.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients in the UK.
  • Generate new contacts, connections, and orders to drive business growth.
  • Represent our client at industry events, trade shows, and fairs.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless execution of sales strategies.
  • Provide regular reports on sales activities and performance.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in sales and business development& B2B sales, preferably in an international context.
  • Strong understanding of market dynamics in the mechanical manufacturing market and customer needs.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Office attendance Monday to Friday in a Nottingham based office & willingness to travel as required.
  • English language is a must and Italian language skills are a big plus.
